Welcome to BonPapi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BonPapi’s website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use BonPapi Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Services Provided

BonPapi offers AI-powered assistants (“Valet AI Agents”) that help businesses manage communication, automation, and customer engagement across multiple channels, including but not limited to email, WhatsApp, chat, and web integrations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using BonPapi Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems.

  • Send spam, unauthorized marketing, or harmful content through BonPapi.

  • Misuse integrations such as WhatsApp Business API or email systems in violation of third-party terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Payment & Subscription

  • BonPapi Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • We may update pricing with prior notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using BonPapi, you consent to these practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by BonPapi remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

BonPapi may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Amazon SES, n8n). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies. BonPapi is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • BonPapi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
